The Trustee maintains a Register of Relevant Interests, which records all interests, gifts, emoluments or benefits worth more than $500, whether pecuniary or non-pecuniary, directly or indirectly held by the Trustee, an associate of the Trustee, or a Responsible Person (e.g. a Director) of the Trustee, which are in actual or potential conflict with the interests of beneficiaries, and which the Trustee has determined to be relevant.
As at 10 June 2014, no entries had been recorded on the Register of Relevant Interests.
