Conflicts Management Policy

  • The Trustee has a detailed Conflicts Management Policy which documents its arrangements for managing situations giving rise to actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest and conflicts of duty for Directors and other Responsible Persons of the Trustee.

    The Conflicts Management Policy is intended to ensure that where an actual or potential conflict arises:

    • Priority is given to the interests of Fund members and beneficiaries over the interests of the Responsible Persons and other persons;
    • The duties to beneficiaries are met despite the conflict; and
    • The interests of beneficiaries are not adversely affected by the conflict.
